Hyderabad: It is going to be a testing time for city police with pro-and anti-Telangana protest programmes lined up for first week of September. JAC representatives of Telangana students and Osmania University on Thursday said that they would be conducting ‘Million March’ at Nizam College grounds on September 7.
Speaking to reporters, the student leaders appealed to the police to accord permission to their programme in case APNGOs Samaikyandhra meeting at LB stadium, on the same day, was given a go-ahead by them. Telangana students said that their million march would cast shadow over the the integrationists programme at LB Stadium if their meeting was allowed.
Flaying Seemandhra employees for their deliberate attempts to enter into heated arguments with their Telangana colleagues in the State capital, Telngana student leaders said they would be extending their support to employees from the Telangana region.
