Hyderabad to host 3rd India Med Expo
The third India Med Expo will be held from December 12-14 at the Hitex Grounds, Madhapur. It is the single largest exhibition on medical and surgical equipments to be held across India. More than 200 companies will participate in the expo and will showcase more than 5,000 brands. The expo will feature an international conference on strategic hospital management.

The third India Med Expo will be held from December 12-14 at the Hitex Grounds, Madhapur. It is the single largest exhibition on medical and surgical equipments to be held across India. More than 200 companies will participate in the expo and will showcase more than 5,000 brands. The expo will feature an international conference on strategic hospital management.
The show will feature companies involved in importing and manufacturing surgical equipments, radiology instruments, pathology technology instruments and many other requirements of the present day medical industry. The countries expected to participate in the expo include Taiwan, Malaysia, Korea, China and Hong Kong.
Detailing the event, Arun Sharma, director, G India Technology, said, “India Med Expo is being organised for the second time in Hyderabad. Hyderabad is one of the best locations in South India because of its proximity towards technology. The city has seen an immense growth in fields like technology, pharma, medical and healthcare.
The expo will have conferences on topics like ‘Strategic Hospital Management’, ‘Fire Safety & Disaster Management for Hospitals’, ‘Health Education & E-learning- Issues & Challenges’ among others.” Renowned experts from the medical industry will be hosting the sessions at the conference.
