Workaholic Modi keeps ministers busy in New Year's Eve

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a workaholic. He has not taken leave even for a day. While Rahul Gandhi is off on a foreign tour on New Year's eve, Modi was working at his office. Not just that, he asked all his ministers to work on New Year Day. Ministers like Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Sadananda Gowda and Venkaiah Naidu were asked to work in the first week of the New Year, while ministers like Smriti Irani, Nitin Gadkari had to cut short their holidays.
Several chief ministers like Shivraj Singh Chouhan of MP, Devendra Fadnavis of Maharashtra have shortened their leaves. Haryana and Jharkhand CMs are did not celebrate New Year. All these ministers had been told to work in the first week of the new year.
Last year, some Central Ministers attended corporate New Year bashes, which Modi did not like. This year, he strictly instructed the ministers not to attend parties of Corporate biggies.
