Khammam: District convener of T-MASS Yerra Srikanth alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was ruling the State akin to an autocrat and gagging the voices of opposition for raising peoples’ issues. A preparatory meeting ahead of T-MASS State-level conference, with the representatives was held here in Khammam on Wednesday.

Speaking on the occasion, Srikanth accused the State government of playing double games with people belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes by deceiving them in the name of schemes and welfare activities. “Election promises of TRS are yet to be kept. It failed to give three acres of land to STs, introduction of BC sub-plan bill and initiation of SC categorisation,” he alleged.

To teach TRS a fitting lesson, T-MASS would be become an alternate political platform in the State, he added, informing that the State-level T-MASS conference will be held on December 6 in Khammam. He urged representatives of all people’s organisations to extend support to T-MASS conference and help in fighting the despotic TRS party. Several T-MASS representatives attended the meeting.
