1000 history sheeters in Gadwal
As part of comprehensive survey conducted by the Police Department, the Gadwal police have identified as many as 1,000 history sheeters in the district and have decided to geo-tag them so as to easily identify and trace their whereabouts in case of their requirement during investigation of any crime in the district.

Speaking in a press conference in the district, Vijay Kumar, Superintendent of Police, Gadwal said, “As per directions of the State government to rein in criminals and to help trace out the criminals easily, we have launched the comprehensive survey to identify the history sheeters in the district. Till date we have identified as many as 1,000 history sheeters and detailed report is also prepared.
We are also going to their homes and geo tagging them for easy access in case of their requirement in the future to crack any criminal cases,” said the SP. The police have surveyed all those criminals whose are history sheeted during the past 10 years and a comprehensive report is prepared.
