As part of a final sortie and inspection for the grand pylon launch and later for a grand public meeting near Ija Road in Gadwal, Health minister Dr C Laxma Reddy, Mahabubnagar MLA Srinivas Goud and other leaders on Thursday inspected the venue of the meeting to be held on Friday.

The Health Minister enquired Rema Rajeshwari, Gadwal superintendent of police regarding the security arrangements for the mega public meeting. The minister directed the concerned authorities to complete the works as early as possible and suggested some changes.

Talking to media, the Health minister said that the State government under the leadership of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhara Rao is taking up all the welfare and development works most effectively and moving on at the desired pace.

"Almost all the projects launched in Mahabubnagar district are progressing on at the targeted pace and we are sure that they will be completed much before the set time. Already the fruits of development are seen in the State,” the Minister said.

“The district which was earlier known for migration labourers has now reversed the trend and people are returning to Mahabubnagar. In fact we are observing reverse migration and people from different states are coming to Mahabubnagar in search of work.

All the steps taken up by our government is towards making Telangana a Golden Telangana and am sure very soon we will achieve it," said the Minister.

Apart from Health Minsiter Dr.C.Laxma Reddy, MLA Srinivas Goud, SP Rema Rajeshwari, TRS incharge for Gadwal Krishna Mohan Reddy and others took part in the programme.
