The government is releasing lots of funds for the development of Agency areas in the state, said Roads and Buildings Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao on Thursday
Kothagudem: The government is releasing lots of funds for the development of Agency areas in the state, said Roads and Buildings Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao on Thursday.
The minister visited Yellandu constituency under Bhadradri Kokthagudem district and participated in various development programmes along with local MLA K.Kakaiah.
Tummala inaugurated double bedroom houses, and laid the foundation stone for the 33.11 KV substations. He also inaugurated a MLA camp office at Yellandu.
Addressing the gathering he said that the government is committed to the development of the rural areas and spending a lot of funds in this regard across the state.
The people are very much happy with the government’s flagship programmes like Mission Bhagheeratha, Kakatiya and Rythu Bandhu and others in the State. To supply drinking water to every household is the aim of the government under the Mission Bhagheeratha, he added. And to provide irrigation facility to farmers ponds are being developed under the Mission Kakatiya.
The government is also providing quality power supply in the every village. To improve power supply in villages, power stations will be installed in all rural areas, the minister added.
The big hit in the all welfare schemes in the state that is Rythu Bandhu, the farmers are very happy due to that programme. More funds have been released for the development of the tribal people he said. Development in the State that is the only agenda of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, said the Minister Thummala.
District Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu, ZP chairmen G.Kavitha, State SC Corporation chairman P.Ravi, DCCB chairman M. Vija Babu, District Librairies chairman D.Rajender, Municipal chairperson M.Rama and executive engineer Roads and Buildings Rajeswara Reddy, DE Venkateswara Rao, Irrigation department executive engineer Venkateswara Reddy, MPP and ZPTCs attended in the programme.
