The Telangana Government and the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) signed a memorandum of understanding in this regard at Hitex in Hyderabad.
He addressed a huge gathering of mandal and village level Rythu Samanvaya Samithis representatives along with 2,000 assistant extension officers of the Agriculture Department along with many other department officials at the meeting.
KCR speaking at the meeting announced that any insurance claim will be cleared within 10 days. He directed the extension officers on their responsibility regarding the implementation of the insurance scheme.
