Telangana Congress leader Vem Nagender Reddy and his son attended before the Enforcement Directorate Officials on Tuesday in cash for vote scam. The ED officials quizzing them at Basheerbagh office since two hours to get clarity in the issue.
Earlier they issued notices to Congress leader Vem Narender Reddy by going to his house at Rolling Hills in Gachibowli . They ordered him to appear before them within a week.
A case was registered against him in connection with the cash for vote scam on May, 30, 2015. When he was contesting as MLC from TDP, the other TDP MLA A Revanth Reddy caught by the ACB officials while he was trying to give cash to the Nominated MLA Stephenson for voting infavour of Vem Narender Reddy. Later both the leaders joined Congress party.
