Pepper chicken recipe
Main Ingredient-chicken, In a bowl put chicken pieces,salt,corriander powder,turmeric powder,1 tble spn red chilli powder,1 tbsp black crushed pepper and mix well. Finely add some curry leaves,and add along with lemon juice and mix well.
Preparation time-20mnts,cooking time-30 to 40mnts.
Black Pepper crushed-2 teaspoons,chicken 2 dices,salt-to taste,Corriander powder-1 teaspoon,Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon,Ginger-Garlic paste-1 table spoon,Red chilli powder-2 teaspoons,curry leaves-1 spring,juice of 1 lemon,Oil-1 tble spoon,mustard seeds-1 teaspoon,cocounut milk-1/4 cup
In a bowl put chicken pieces,salt,corriander powder,turmeric powder,1 tble spn red chilli powder,1 tbsp black crushed pepper and mix well. Finely add some curry leaves,and add along with lemon juice and mix well. Add ginger garlic paste mix well.Heat sufficient oil in kadai and fry chicken pieces till get nice in golden colour and drain on absorbent paper.
Heat little bit oil in a non-stick pan and add cocounut milk and fry till it dry after a minute add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add remaining curry leaves and 2 teaspns crushed black pepper,add little water and mix well. Add remaining red chilli powder,salt and cook for a minute the thiness u like. Also add fried chicken pieces and toss to mix and let it get heated for some time.
Finally add chopped corriander and toss it, and serve hot
Note:Pepper chicken can be eaten as starters or even served with Rotis.The taste of pepper chicken is really spicy and enjoyed with hot.
