The Punjab Congress had on Friday suffered a major setback when its firebrand leader and former MLA from Bholath, Sukhpal Khaira, joined the AAP in the presence of its senior leaders Sanjay Singh, in-charge of Punjab affairs and MP Bhagwant Mann.
