Earlier, the event got-off to a colourful start with State Congress chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy inaugurating it while taking strike to mark its commencement.
Former Rajya Sabha member, V Hanumantha Rao and Working President of Cricket Federation of India (CFI) and Organising Secretary S Srikanth Goud graced the occasion.
Results: Sri Lanka 66 in 17.3 overs (Sashank Reddy 3/12 , Ashish Srivastava 2/6) lost to Hyderabad 69 for two in 6.1 overs (Prajwal Rao 27no); Uttar Pradesh 155 for five in 16 overs (Siddharth Srivastava 51no, Sangram 29, Arfath 5/28 ) bt Andhra Pradesh 111 for nine wickets in 16 overs (Arfath 30, Siddharth Srivastava 2/13 ,Rahul 2/7); Jharkhand 138 for seven wickets in 16 overs (Shekar Sharma 43, Nishanth 46, Zainuddin 4/12) lost to CFI 139 for two wickets in 15.2 overs (Ajay 55no, Zainuddin 60no).
