Hyderabad: A Bihar-like incident took place in Hyderabad on Friday when some unidentified ticketless passengers had thrown out a woman Train Ticket Examiner (TTE) Geetha out of a moving MMTS train near Hafeezpet railway station following an altercation at 9 am. The train was going to Secunderabad from Lingampally. The TTE, suffered severe injuries and has been admitted to South Central Railway hospital at Lalaguda. She is stated to be out of danger. Railway police have registered a case and are investigating.

The TTE asked a passenger to produce his ticket. The passenger, according to police, was a ticketless traveller. He picked up a quarrel with the TTE and refused to pay the fine. In a fit of anger, the passenger allegedly pushed her out of the moving train.
