Khairatabad Ganesh: 11,116 Coconuts Offered!. The Khairatabad JAC Chairman Chandrasekhar offered as many as 11,116 coconuts by breaking them near the idol for getting Telangana as he desired.
The Khairatabad JAC Chairman Chandrasekhar offered as many as 11,116 coconuts by breaking them near the idol for getting Telangana as he desired. On the first day, the first coconut was broken by KCR, the Chief Minister of Telangana. Daily a portion of the same was offered to Ganesh and on the last day i.e. on Monday as many as 600 coconuts were broken. All the prominent local leaders took part in the programme.

It is evident that early on Monday, there was a fire accident near Khairtabad Ganesh. It was due to the electric short circuit. The Flexi banners and few other cutouts were burnt. No major loss has been reported.
