TSTDC Chairman P Ramulu  along with Finance Minister E Rajender inaugurating a tourism hotel in Vemulawada on SaturdaySpeaking to the media here on Saturday, the Minister alleged that the Central government has shown step-motherly treatment towards the Telangana State by allocating a meagre amount of Rs 50 crore while sanctioning Rs 100 crore each to Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra.


Earlier, Rajender, along with the Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation Chairman Pervaram Ramulu inaugurated Haritha Hotel (tourism hotel) at Dharmapuri. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that the government has decided to release 3,000 cusecs of water from Sri Ram Sagar Project (SRSP) into the downstream for the convenience of the devotees to take a holy dip in River Godavari during Pushkaralu.


Later, they inspected the ghats constructed at Somavihar, Mahalaxmi temple and Mangaligadda. They planted saplings in the open place and performed special pujas in Laxminarsimha Swamy temple.
