TITA vows to strive for Haritha Haram success. The Telangana Information Technology Association (TITA), which played an active role in green revolution for the past one year under the banner of “TITA Green Pledge” has now extended its support and took part in the ambitious “Haritha Haram” Programme in IT corridor.

Hyderabad: The Telangana Information Technology Association (TITA), which played an active role in green revolution for the past one year under the banner of “TITA Green Pledge” has now extended its support and took part in the ambitious “Haritha Haram” Programme in IT corridor. Nizamabad MP K Kavitha started the programme by planting sapling at Cyberabad Gateway in Hyderabad on Friday. The programme was organised by the TITA.

Stressing the importance of increasing green cover for the benefit of the future generation, Kavitha said that “Haritha Haram” was a people’s movement for the protection of environment. She said the officials would distribute saplings free of cost to all and appealed people to plant the saplings and nurture them with care. She appreciated the efforts being taken by the TITA in protecting the greenery and conserving the nature.

“TITA will be spreading this Haritha Haram awareness and about the environment sustainability employing various social mediums platforms like Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc effectively for popularise the cause. TITA requests everyone to educate and ensure participation of everyone in Haritha Haram.” said TITA Founder & President Sundeep Kumar Makthala.

The TITA president, Sundeep Kumar Makthala, called upon the people to take “TITA Green Pledge” and upload the photo on TITA Facebook page. Makthala said they would organise a programme to felicitate some selected persons for best picture.

TITA vice president Ranapratap Bojjam, general secretary Naveen Chinthala, Orgarnising Secretary Vishwak Lakkireddy, Venkat Vanam, Women's wing General Secretary Sailaja Siramsetty, Sampath Kumar Makthala, Suresh, KL Narsimha Rao, Ramesh Podishetti, Ravi Anthony, and others participated in the event.
