A case has been registered by the Panjagutta police against Commercial taxes minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav's son on Thursday after Araku MP Kothapalli Geeta's husband Ramakoteshwar Rao filed a complaint stating that he was threatened over a land dispute.

Builder Ramakoteshwar Rao alleged that he had entered into an agreement over a real estate development project with RR Constructions owner Ramakrishna by giving up his five-acre plot that he owned in Raidurgam Cheruvu but later cancelled the deal as Ramakrishna was not able to pay the money.

The builder revealed that he had gone to meet Ramakrishna and Sai Yadav, son of the Telangana Minister for the land deal at hotel Taj Krishna but was threatened by the latter who even seized land documents and took signatures on blank papers from him. The police have registered a case against Sai Yadav and are investigating the matter.
