Hyderabad: The two-day Property Show–2016, organised by HMTV and The Hans India on Saturday drew huge overwhelming response from the families aspiring to own property in the form of house, plot or a flat.
The property show was conducted at Pushpa Gardens in Chaitanyapuri.
Well known realtors who participated in the property show provided detailed information about the various ventures that were available, and explained the deals that could benefit the prospective clients and the procedure of obtaining bank loans, interest rates etc. The families who visited the show expressed satisfaction over the detailed information provided to them by various housing companies, interior designers and nationalised banks.
Some of the prominent companies that participated in the show were Kapil Homes, Goldstone Infra, Vision India, SBI Home Loans, Vishista Infra Developers, Fortune Infra, E G Properties, Sukhibhava properties, Kapil Towers and Sri Vinayaka Decors.
Some infrastructure companies offered both independent houses and flats and lavish apartments which have facilities like amusement and sports facilities, besides security.
For instance, the Goldstone has offered surveillance cameras, intercom, solar fencing, water harvesting pit, children play area, designer landscaping, 100 per cent power backup, club house, swimming pool, walking track, senior citizens area and shuttle court in its ventures. While Vision India Infrastructure Private Limited offered independent houses with double bedroom at Rs 22 lakh, in a 150 square yard plot. “We are selling the property in Adibatla (ORR), Kothur and Shadnagar, which are well-connected to the city,” said J V Murthy of Vision India.
State Bank of India which had set up a stall claimed to be offering minimum rate of interest of 9.4 per cent for women and 9.45 per cent for men. “We also have very low EMI per lakh provision. Depending on age and salary, we offer it for less than Rs 1,000,” said M Siva Kumar, Deputy Manager and Senior Marketing Executive.
Some of the families interested to own a property could not resist visiting the place. Mirza Ghouse Ali Baig, working for Irrigation Department expressed satisfaction that he was able to attend the property show along with his children. “I received the information and guidance which I was looking for from this show. I am weighing some of the options available here,” he said.
The show, which will continue on Sunday, is supported by The Hans India and Radio City, as media partners.
