5,700 crore for Mission Kakatiya: Harish Rao

Kamareddy: About Rs 5,700 crore will be spent on Mission Kakatiya works, Minister T Harish Rao stated here on Wednesday. While Rs 2,600 crore was spent last year, Rs 3,100 crore would be utilised for the Mission works in 2016.
He, along with local MLA Enugu Ravinder, laid foundation for deepening works of tanks in Kalwaral and Uppalwai villages in Yellareddy constituency, Harish Rao said seven crore metric tons of black soil has been removed through 2.5 crore tractor trips during the second phase of Mission Kakatiya.
He announced all the pending projects in the State would be completed by 2017. The Minister praised District Collector Dr Yogita Rana for her ‘good’ work.
