​Nizamabad: Students affiliated to the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad burned the effigy of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao here on Friday demanding solution to the problems the students were facing in the State.
Raising slogans against the Telangana State government, the students demanded enhancement of fee reimbursement as per the revised fees. They lamented that there were no minimal facilities in the colleges.
They demanded immediate filling of vacant lecturer posts in the colleges. The students warned the government that they would intensify the agitation if their demands were not fulfilled immediately.
