3 Hyderabad Railway stations get new directors

New Delhi: Minister of State for Railways Rajen Gohain here on Friday replied in the Rajya Sabha, that the Railways had appointed Station Directors in 75 A-1 category railway stations in the country for smooth and efficient functioning of the system.
Three stations in Telangana - Secunderabad, Hyderabad and Kacheguda - and two in Andhra Pradesh - Vijayawada and Tirupati - have been selected under the scheme. These directors will monitor functioning of the stations as centres of excellence and ensure vigilant and responsive customer service.Secunderabad had already been posted with a Station Director, he said, in reply to a question of YSRCP MP, V Vijayasai Reddy.
