AP students to benefit due to delay in NEET counseling in Telangana
With the NEET counselling for the students of Andhra Pradesh beginning on Wednesday by Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, the Telangana doctors association and MBBS aspirants are worried over the advantage the AP students would get.

Due to the delay in NEET counselling in Telangana, the AP students will be able to occupy the 15 percent unreserved seats in Telangana. Owing to the mistakes that took lace in NEET rankings compiled by the Telangana government, the counselling has been delayed in the state.
While the students from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh can apply for seats in their own states, as per the presidential order, the 15 percent unreserved quotas can also be applied in another state.
The association is now worried that all the unreserved seats in Telangana will be filled due to the delay.
