Hyderabad: Retired IAS officer and Director General of Centre for Good Governance (CGG) Rajendra Nimje called upon Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) Chairman Prof Ghanta Chakrapani here on Friday. Rajendra Nimje discussed about the various issues and complaints from candidates in updating TRT data.
The CGG Director General informed that they have taken note of all the complaints of the candidates and the problems arising in updating TRT data and assured that they were working towards resolving all the issues at the earliest. During the meeting, it was noted that the TRT candidates are unable to download the PDF application of edited 10 districts. The CGG Director General said the problem will be rectified at the earliest.
The candidates are informed necessary steps are taken to extract the gender details of the candidate from TSPSC OTR data and not from the e-seva certificates. TSPSC hereby advises the candidates to exercise their edit option and change 31 districts to 10 districts. Candidates are informed that except for edit from 31 to 10 districts, no other edit will be allowed during the hall ticket download.
For the convenience of the candidates, TSPSC decided to set up a special helpdesk for TRT at TSPSC office with both TSPSC and CGG staff. The staff will attend to all the complaints by TRT candidates and will resolve them. The special help desk, will work between 9:30am to 6:30pm till the completion of the TRT exams.
The candidates are advised not to panic if any errors are noticed in their data and told to freely approach the special TRT help desk on phone 8333923740 or email: [email protected] or personally visit the office to redress their grievance. The candidates are informed that the change in the community and gender can be edited even after the conduct of examination, but candidates should note that the option of subject and medium already exercised by the candidate cannot be changed.
TSPSC is making all arrangements for the conduct of TRT exam as per schedule and the candidates are requested to follow the guidelines issued by TSPSC from time to time to enable smooth conduct of examination.
