Chityal (Nalgonda): In a tragic incident, a seven-year-old boy died of dengue fever in the wee hours of Thursday. The victim, Bobbali Shivamani, a resident of Chityal was studying Class II in a private school in the town, according to his relatives.
He had been suffering from severe fever for the last one week and the family members provided him treatment locally. Shivamani was shifted to Hyderabad three days ago, as his fever increased.
After diagnosis, the doctors confirmed that he was suffering from dengue and started treatment, but in vain. Shivamani breathed his last in the early hours on Thursday. Meanwhile, Shivamani’s sister Bhavana also is undergoing treatment with severe viral fever in a private hospital in Hyderabad.
