Mehdipatnam: Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Telangana and G Pulla Reddy College of Pharmacy recently organized one-day seminar on innovations in pharmaceutical research and poster presentations. The seminar was aimed to provide the knowledge on innovations in pharmaceutical research to undergraduate and post graduate students.
Around 350 delegates attended the seminar and 145 delegates presented posters in scientific session The college celebrated Pharmacist Day by honoring Pharmacist G Madhubabu, Care Hospitals, in recognition of his services. Students from various pharmacy colleges presented 141 posters in various aspects of pharmaceutical research and development. The best presentations were awarded and merit certificates, mementos were distributed to the winner of presentations.
The program was inaugurated by the Chief Prof Dr Chandrakant Kokate, Former Vice Chancellor, KU and KLE Universities, Former President PCI Dr B Prabha Shanker, President IPA Telangana State Branch, Ramprasad Reddy, Dr Rama, Kishan, Dr K Sathyanarayana, Dr Madhava Reddy were present on the occasion.
