Musheerabad: State and district committee members of NSUI staged a protest at Dharna Chowk on Wednesday condemning the failure of the Central government to provide employment opportunities to the unemployed. As part of novel protests, students polished shoe, expressing their anger over the anti-poor policies of the Central government.

State president of NSUI Venkat and district president Abhijith Yadav expressed their anguish on the failure of the Central government to provide employment to youth and cut down unemployment figures in the last five years. They said that BJP came to power by making several false promises to youth and was going to election again without fulfilling any promises made during the last elections. They said that youth would get jobs only when Congress led by Rahul Gandhi comes back to power. This was high time the Central government realises its failures and comes up with corrective measures, they said.

Among those who participated in the protest include Hyderabad district in-charge of NSUI Marka Abhinay Goud, state coordinator Ravikanth Goud, social media state coordinator Manoj Verma, district coordinator Abdul Mohid, district office bearers Fazil, Sai, Nathik, Vidhar, Ashraf, Manish, Kittu, Vivek, Srinu, Ravi, Lohith, Venu and others.
