Hyderabad: Awards On Jashuva’s Name. The director of Telugu Academy said on 27th and 28th Gurram Jashuva's 118thbirth anniversary will be celebrated at Jubilee Hall in Hyderabad; awards will be given on Gurram Jashuva’s name to the distinguished people.
Hyderabad: The director of Telugu Academy said on 27th and 28th Gurram Jashuva's 118thbirth anniversary will be celebrated at Jubilee Hall in Hyderabad; awards will be given on Gurram Jashuva’s name to the distinguished people.
The lifetime achievement award, special literature award, special women awards will be declared tomorrow; awardees will be honored by Deputy Chief Minister Damaodara Raja Narasimha on Saturday, he added. An amount of two lakhs rupees will be given to the awardees. He further said the committee had decided to give one lakh each to all the four researchers, who carried out research work on Jashua's literature, this year. Three books on Jashuva will be unveiled during these celebrations, he said.
