Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national general secretary Ram Madhav on Thursday accused the TRS government of adopting wrong policies and offering misleading assurances to cheat the people.
Nizamabad: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national general secretary Ram Madhav on Thursday accused the TRS government of adopting wrong policies and offering misleading assurances to cheat the people.
While addressing a meeting of the office-bearers of Nizamabad Lok Sabha constituency here and conducting the core committee meeting in the party office, he charged the TRS government with usurping and diverting the funds in the name of Mission Kakatiya sanctioned by the Union government for constructing latrines. ‘It is resorting to corrupt practices by diverting the funds,’ the BJP leader claimed.
Ram Madhav also stated that there was no government in the State and that MPs and ministers were running the administration. The BJP leader asserted that the Centre was striving to make the country take the right economic path. He called upon the cadre to ensure that the party came to power in the next Assembly elections.
Several youngsters joined the BJP in his presence. Ram Madhav was rwarmly felicitated to mark his first visit to Nizamabad. Among those present were town party president Yendala Lakshminarayana, general secretary Swamy Yadav, and activists Naga Raju, Lakshmi Narayana, Donthula Ravi, Gangadhar, Sangameshwar, Roshan and Sai.
