Leave in conditioners or hair sprays will go a great way in protecting your hair from the damage caused by salt and spray and sand and also help in taming frizz caused by humid weather.

Baby Powder
Baby powder is a great way to remove and from your body if you sprinkle it on so you don’t track sand into your room or anywhere else.
