3 farmers electrocuted while repairing motor in Kamareddy

Three farmers of Velpugonda village, Machareddy mandal were electrocuted while repairing an electric motor of a borewell in the fields in the village on Monday.
Kamareddy: Three farmers of Velpugonda village, Machareddy mandal were electrocuted while repairing an electric motor of a borewell in the fields in the village on Monday.
The deceased were identified as Lakshman Rao (60), Immedi Narayana (40) and Muralidhar Rao (55).
Other farmers informed the police and electricity department immediately. The trio were pulling up GI pipes to repair an electric motor of the borewell and electricity surged through it, killing all the three on the spot.
Police registered a case and shifted the bodies to Kamareddy Area Hospital. Machareddy SI Murali is investigating the case.
