An auto swept away in a flash flood on Friday after heavy rains continued to batter Asifabad.
Getting into details, the auto halted on a road beside check dam at Siddakunta village of Sirpur was swept away after the dam flooded with rain water. A major mishap was averted as there were no passengers and auto driver inside the vehicle.
However, some of the villagers ventured into the dam and brought the auto on to the road, hours after struggling..
