Bhadrachalam: Telangana Sangeetha Nataka Academy (TSNA) has appointed Allam Nageswara Rao, the founder of Bhadradri Kala Bharati, Bhadrachalam, as its member.
On Wednesday, Rao informed the media persons about his appointment. Allam said the Nataka academy would conduct several plays in September at Ravindra Bharati in Hyderabad. On the occasion, he thanked Academy chairman and its members for appointing him to the coveted post.
Meanwhile, Rao is the first person to be appointed as member of the Academy from erstwhile Khammam district. The members of Kala Bharati, Lions Club and Rotary Club congratulated Rao on his elevation.
