BJP's popularity is growing in Warangal
Those, who are joining the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), are doing it voluntarily and with an aim to be part of new India, former minister Gunde Vijayarama Rao and BJP Warangal Urban District president Rao Padma Reddy said.
Warangal: Those, who are joining the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), are doing it voluntarily and with an aim to be part of new India, former minister Gunde Vijayarama Rao and BJP Warangal Urban District president Rao Padma Reddy said.
Speaking at the membership drive on the second day of the State-wide 'Vistarak Saptah' (August 1 to 7), the leaders claimed that their party's membership drive has been receiving huge patronage especially from the students and youth.
"Impressed by his leadership, the entire country is looking at Prime Minister Narendra Modi. People now believe that Modi alone is capable of creating new India. As a result, majority of people voluntarily joining the BJP to extend their support to the reconstruction of the country, Vijayarama Rao said. The BJP is also inviting suggestions and new ideas that help country's growth. People can directly send their suggestions to Narendra Modi through mobile app.
Referring to the membership drive success, Padma Reddy said that whoever joining the BJP is based on his/her own choice. "We are not luring anybody to join the party like the practice adopted by some political parties to inflate their membership numbers.
The way Modi led the country is the key behind BJP's success in recent elections and in the ongoing membership drive," Padma Reddy said.
The leaders participated in the membership drive organised by Manthena Ramesh in the 29th Division of Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation on Friday.
