Chanchalguda officials say no helmet no entry

Hyderabad: To encourage motorists to follow traffic rules, the Chanchalguda prison officials made it mandatory for riders to wear helmets for entry inside the prison to meet family or friends who are lodged inside.

An alert board has been set up by the officials in front of the prison gate, stating no entry if no helmet. Relatives of prisoners have expressed deep concern over the implementation of the new regulations by the police without prior notice.
