In a recent development, yet another petition has been filed in the High Court against the Hyderabad encounter of Disha's rape and murder case while reconstructing the scene of the crime in Chatanpally of Shadnagar.

Civil Rights Commission President Laxman has filed a petition seeking the inclusion of nine police officers, including CP Sajjanar, as the accused in the fake encounter. The bodies of the accused were requested to be handed over to the family members. The court, hearing the petition filed by Laxman, said that all the appeals related to the case would be heard on Thursday.

The high court also adjourned the hearing of the petitions on the encounter to Thursday. On the other hand, the bodies have moved to the to Hyderabad's Gandhi Hospital and preserved there till the court's next hearing. The SIT constituted by govt and NHRC had visited the encounter spot and gathered information to further in the case. But in a most alarming issue, it was noted that the two accused were identified as minors by the NHRC based on the Aadhar and bonafide certificates.

It has to be seen will the police come up clean in this historic encounter issue.
