He planted 'thati', 'eetha' and 'kajur' saplings at the spot to mark the late leader's jayanthi.
Among those present were Gouda Sangham president Jagan Goud, treasurer Ramu Goud, representatives Pandu Goud, Shiva Shankar Goud, Sattayya Goud and Shankarayya Goud.
