Telangana High Court on Monday enlarged on anticipatory bail to IT Grids CEO Ashok, accused in the data theft case, by imposing some conditions.
Hyderabad: Telangana High Court on Monday enlarged on anticipatory bail to IT Grids CEO Ashok, accused in the data theft case, by imposing some conditions.
The court directed Ashok to cooperate with the police during investigation and to attend the police station weekly once at such time when police seek his appearance.
The court also imposed a condition asking him not to leave Hyderabad without giving prior information to the police, until the investigation is completed and to surrender his passport with the Investigating Officer so as to disable him from leaving the country.
