However, the price of the onions have come down in Hyderabad as the new crop and import from Maharashtra has reached the market. However, a man was caught stealing onions on Friday night which was kept on the roadside at Domalguda.
The thief wandered near the market for about one hour and stole 20 kg of onion when everyone left the place. The scenes were recorded in the CCTV footage and the vendor wailed that onions have to be secured like gold and silver.
