Hyderabad : City advocates meet ADGP to speed up the service of summons to MLA Akabaruddin Owaisi
City based advocate K Karuna Sagar along with other advocates on Thursday met Additional Director General of Police Jitender and requested him to take appropriate action in speeding up the service of summons to AIMIM MLA Akabaruddin Owaisi which is pending since March 1, 2018 in Nirmal hate speech.
Hyderabad: City based advocate K Karuna Sagar along with other advocates on Thursday met Additional Director General of Police Jitender and requested him to take appropriate action in speeding up the service of summons to AIMIM MLA Akabaruddin Owaisi which is pending since March 1, 2018 in Nirmal hate speech.
He alleged that after completing the investigation on MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi's hate speech, which he delivered on December 22, 2012 at Government College Grounds in Nirmal, police has filed charge sheet against the MLA and is pending on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge cum Additional JFCM at Nirmal for service of summons to the accused but unfortunately till date the Nirmal police has failed to serve the summons to him.
