District Collector Dr A Sharath ordered the officials concerned to solve all the issues pertaining to lands within a week, during a meeting with the officials of revenue and forest departments at the conference hall in Jagtial on Friday.

Addressing the officials, the Collector tole them to solve Part-B, Aadhar and forest land issues.

She said that all the issues were solved during Jamabandi programme that was conducted in the past except a few. To solve these pending issues, village secretaries and AEOs must conduct household surveys in every village panchayat and must submit the report to the village panchayats.

If the officials happen to notice any issues related to Sada Bainama, then they must study about that issue and try to solve them along with identifying the government lands. The forest and revenue officials must submit the report separately related to the issues of forest lands, he ordered.

Speaking about Haritha Haram programme, the Collector ordered the officials to plant fruit yielding plants in the surrounding areas of forest regions so that the monkey, which are creating problem to civilians, will go back into the forests.

Sharath told the officials to arrange tree guards around the saplings which will be planted in the premises of various government offices along with taking measure of providing water regularly to the saplings.

Joint Collector B Rajesham, Sub-Collector Gautham Potru, DRO Aruna Sri, DFO Narasimha Rao, RDO G Narendar and tahsildars and other officials were present in the meeting.
