Kodad Institute of Science and Technology training programme for faculty enters day 2 in Kodad

Kodad (Suryapet): The three-day training programme for the staff of Kodad Institute of Science and Technology reached second day on Friday.

As part of the training programme, Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) training expert Gaddam Shruthi in the first session guided the faculty on how to gain identity in teaching profession, ways to guide students in a productive manner and teaching methods. In the second session, she guided the staff about how to behave with students and gave directions regarding preparation of question papers.

Meanwhile, on day one, motivational speaker Sudhir Saandra trained the staff. In his speech, he guided them how to tackle the issues that they face in the profession. He also guided them how to behave with girl students, how to improve teaching skills and explained the modern teaching methods to be adopted for easy understanding of concepts.

College chairman Neela Satyanarayana felt that training programmes would help the teaching staff improve their skills and update their knowledge with changing times.
