Mahbubnagar: The strike by the State-run Transport Corporation employees on day 11 on Tuesday was marked with the formation of human chains, rallies and protests across various depots in erstwhile Mahbubnagar district. In Jadcherla mandal of Mahbubnagar district, various civil society and people's organisations expressed their dissent over the attitude of the State government with regard to the way it has been dealing with the striking employees and said that they were fully supporting the cause of the RTC employees.

In Narayanpet district, the RTC employees formed human chains in front of the RTC depot and raised slogans against the State government and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for his adamant attitude and insensitive towards the RTC employees. The leaders of various opposition parties also took part in the human chain formation and supported the agitating employees.

In Kalwakurthy mandal of Nagarkurnool district, the employees formed a human chain and staged a protest at Palamuru crossroads and raised slogans against the Chief Minister and demanded the government to heed to their just demands or else they would further intensify the agitation. Bahujan Samaj Party leaders also extended their support and visited the protest camp of the RTC employees at Kalwakurthy depot.

In Kollapur mandal, the employees sat on a protest in front of Kollapur depot. Interestingly, the Jana Sena Party activists took part in the protest and extended their support.

Similarly, in Wanaparthy district, the RTC employees conducted their protest at Dharna Chowk. The protesting employees got support from Progressive Democratic Student's Union (PDSU). The leaders from all opposition parties also took part and extended their support to the agitating employees and later formed human chain as a mark of protest.

In Shandagar mandal, the staff formed human chains at the Shandagar crossroads and raised anti-government slogans and demanded the government to immediately come down and resolve their issues.

In Gadwal, the staff received full support from all parties and people's associations. Later, they all took out a rally and formed a human chain near old bus stand as a mark of protest against the dictatorial attitude of the Chief Minister.
