Hyderabad: Describing the decision to provide Cabinet berths to first time MLAs and representing backward communities as reflection of social justice advocated by Congress party and Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, Nagarkurnool MP Mallu Ravi welcomed the decision.

The MP, who is attending an SC and ST Parliamentary Committee meeting in Shimla, congratulated the new Ministers Gaddam Vivek Venkatswamy, Vakiti Srihari and Adluri Laxman Kumar in a media statement on Sunday. He said that this reflected the social responsibility mantra of the party as one from Mudiraj community (BC), one from Madiga (SC) and Mala (SC) was provided the opportunity to serve the people.

“CM Revanth Reddy after taking office is giving utmost importance for social justice. By conducting caste census, Indiramma houses the poor, supplying fine rice to ration card holders, establishing 100 Integrated Residential schools and several other development and welfare measures, he remains firmly in the hearts of the poor and socially backward people,” he added.
