Nizamabad: District Collector C Narayana Reddy issued suspension orders against Assistant Project Officer (APO) of District Adult Education Department Arundhati.
During a surprise visit, the Collector came to know that the APO has been absent for duty for several days.
The Collector fired on the senior officials of the department for their negligence when an employee was absent for duty for several months. "Not even one section of the department is working. There is no proper management of PR register and file management is bad," he expressed angry.
Stating that APO Arundhati has been absent for duty since January 7 without applying leave, Collector Narayana Reddy questioned the Deputy Director why he is not checking the employees, who are absent for several days.
