Pompous celebrations mark Bonalu fest in Mahbubnagar
Mahbubnagar: The Pochamma Bonalu were celebrated with grand fervour in Mahbubnagar district on Wednesday.
Excise Minister K Srinivas Goud attended the programme and offered prayers to the deity at Ravindranagar Colony in the district on Wednesday.
The Minister took part in the celebrations actively and even played drums and danced with Poturajus during the Bonalu procession.
A large number of devotees took part in the celebrations and offered prayers for good health and copies rains.
