SR nagar police nabbed a rowdy sheeter for assaulting police
A rowdy sheeter in Balkampet area took into custody on Thursday late night for creating nuisance at a bar and also for assaulting police, when he was been taking into custody.
Hyderabad: A rowdy sheeter in Balkampet area took into custody on Thursday late night for creating nuisance at a bar and also for assaulting police, when he was been taking into custody.
According to the police, on Thursday at 11 pm received information that a rowdy sheeter named Ganesh has broken the car glass in front of a bar in Balkampet area. On receipt of the information, SR Nagar police reached the spot and on enquiry, it is learned that Ganesh picked up a quarrel with car owner and broken the car glasses. Ganesh, who is in an inebriated state, obstructed the police personnel when the he was being taken into custody and also assaulted the police.
Police added, however, accused was taken into custody and two cases were registered against him and will be remanded to judicial custody. Also, stringent action will be taken by initiating PD ACT proposal for the second time.
