Warangal: A three-tier security cover is in place for the counting of Warangal (SC) Parliament constituency, the returning officer (RO) and Urban district collector Prashanth Jeevan Patil said. The RO, who inspected arrangements at the Enumamula Agriculture Market Yard here on Tuesday, told the assistant ROs of seven Assembly segments of Warangal Lok Sabha seat to follow the guidelines of the Election Commission (EC) in the counting process.

"Election Observer and all the candidates and their election agents will be present when the officials move electronic voting machines (EVMs) from the strong rooms to counting area.
