The bench comprising of Justice Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice Rajasekhar Reddy dealt with the three public interest litigations filed to dimiss the EC orders stop Dalit Bandhu in Huzurabad. The petitioners told the court Dalit Bandhu is being implemented before the election notification has been released in all the districts.
