In a statement released here on Tuesday, the Collector said TSRTC has hired buses for the benefit of public and asked the staff to use ticketing machines.
Serious action will be taken against those, who won't use ticketing machines (Tims) and their permit also will be cancelled.
She asked the passengers to call on 9848528348, if anybody collects extra amount from them.
Prashanthi told the people not to worry as buses are running according to route schedule.
