Collector Masrat Khanam Aisha sought coordination of Revenue and police officials to ensure smooth conduct of polls in sensitive villages.
Vikarabad: Collector Masrat Khanam Aisha sought coordination of Revenue and police officials to ensure smooth conduct of polls in sensitive villages.
She held a review meeting with SP Narayana on pre-arrangements and necessary measures for ensuing elections in sensitive villages at collectorate here on Thursday.
The Collector advised Revenue and police officials to visit the sensitive villages to make prior arrangements.
Masrat Khan advised revenue and Nodal officers to make prior arrangements in all villages to ensure peaceful polling.
SP Narayana said that they identified Kodangal, Husnabad, Ravulapally, Chellapur, Kudumalla in Kodangal constituency and Sultanpur, Naskal and Doma of Parigi constituency as sensitive areas.
Joint Collector Aruna Kumari, DRO Motilal, RDO Vishwanatham, DSPs Shirisha, Ramachandrudu, Ravinder Reddy and others were present.
